Osvaldo Golijov's opera Ainadamar will receive its Spanish premiere performances on June 25 and 27 at the International Festival of Music and Dance Granada. Many of the opera's events, around the life and death of Federico García Lorca, take place in Granada and specifically at the "Fountain of Tears" ("Ainadamar"), where he is believed to have been murdered.
